Financial Aid Information for Study Abroad Programs (Fall 2012 and Spring 2013)
For UMD students receiving Financial Aid from the university and who are planning to study abroad during the 2012 Fall semester, 2013 Spring semester or for the 2012-2013 academic year. This form must be completed by the student, reviewed by the IPO, and dropped off at the University Enrollment Center.
For UMass students; this must be submitted in addition to the UMass student application. Note there are different fors for Winter, Summer, Semester programs. See instructions here.
Hessen Exchange Registration Form (necessary only if paying by check)
Retroactive Study Abroad Course Approval Form
Special Recommendation Form
For UMD students who do not meet the minimum GPA requirement to study abroad. This form should be completed by the student's department chairperson.
