Applications for Justice Bridge Legal Services, an innovative new incubator program being offered by UMass Law, are now closed; candidates will be accepted on a rolling basis as applications are reviewed.
Justice Bridge Legal Services is designed to:
- increase access to justice for moderate means clients
- improve the quality of legal services provided to moderate means clients
- give new lawyers the support they need to launch small firms and solo practices
Our transitional pilot program will begin on July 1, 2014.
Attorney-members will be provided with shared, furnished office space in downtown Boston, access to experienced mentors including retired Judges, and business referrals from legal service providers in a variety of practice areas. The services provided to the lawyers and the requirements for participation are more fully described in our FAQ.
