Professional background

Most recently, Professor Mallory was Adjunct Professor of Legal Research and Writing at the Northeastern University School of Law. During her time at Northeastern, Professor Mallory also co-taught the Poverty Law Clinic.

Professor Mallory began teaching after working as a Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, an Associate at Stern, Shapiro, Weissberg & Garin, a Lawyer for Greater Boston Legal Services, and as a solo practitioner providing research and writing for other attorneys. During that time, Professor Mallory worked primarily in plantiff-side employment law.
