Professor Davis has taught Property, Contracts, Business Organizations, Small Business Clinic, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Law and the Uniform Commercial Code, Aviation Law, Natural Resources Law, Real Estate Transactions, and Secured Transactions. 

Professional background

Professor Davis has taught at Albany Law School, Roger Williams Law School, The Appalachian School of Law, and Suffolk University Law School. She has published two case books, Aviation Law and Merger & Acquisitions, both published by William S. Hein & Co.

Wendy's law review articles on topics including property, immigration, mergers, reparations, and corporations have been published in American Law Review, Columbia Business Law Review, Akron Law Review, Creighton Law Review, Seattle Law Review, and Stetson Law Review, among others.

Wendy practiced law with the Boston firms now known as Bingham McCutchen and Nixon Peabody after graduating from Boston College Law School, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif.
