Disability Planning: What Every Practitioner Needs to Know
UMass School of Law - Dartmouth Alumni Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA have brought together experienced practitioners to share their knowledge and expertise.
The morning sessions will include an overview of Social Security, including SSI, SSDI and Medicare. The afternoon sessions will include discussions on Guardianships and Conservatorships and the use of Special Needs Trusts and Pooled Trusts for individuals with Special Needs.
