Field Placement student wins motion to dismiss

Field Placement Program student Kaitlyn Bullard argued a Motion to Dismiss in District Court on behalf of her client and received a favorable decision from the Judge.
The Field Placement Program and CPCS Supervising Attorney, Benjamin Evans, are very proud of Kaitlyn’s excellent preparation and responses in support of her client’s case.
