  • 2 Letters of Support: One from employer (if applicable), one from community/personal.


  • $35 Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) Please make checks payable to:

Application Due Date

Applications for the Class of 2010 will be accepted on a rolling basis. Applicants will be notified within 2-4 weeks upon receipt of application. Deadline: Wednesday, July 15, 2009 by 5:00 pm.

Applications and Tuition Assistance forms MUST be submitted by email to metzler.mike@gmail.com


Payment Due Date

Tuition must be paid in full by August 1, 2009. If not paid by this deadline, acceptance into the program will be cancelled.
