International Education
Week 2011
|
It's International Week!
November 14-18, 2011 International Education Week
is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of
State and the U.S. Department of Education that
was created to promote programs that prepare
citizens for a global environment and encourage
future leaders from abroad to study, learn and
exchange experiences in the United States. MoreThe five campuses of
the University of Massachusetts system will focus
a spotlight on international programs and events
this week as UMass joins with universities from
more than 100 nations worldwide in celebrating the
12th annual International Education
Week.
| | |
|
Passport UMass is an
electronic newsletter issued in collaboration with the
International Relations Advisory Council. Its purpose is
to highlight and publicize the great international
accomplishments and initiatives of faculty, staff and
students on all five campuses.
