Student Psychology Conference

Dartmouth, MA--PSI CHI the psychology honor society will hold a one-day conference on Saturday, May 1, 2004 in the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Library Browsing Area. Dr. Kathyrn Quina Ph.D., University of Rhode Island, Department of Psychology and Womens Studies will discuss Careers in Psychology.

Dartmouth, MA--PSI CHI the psychology honor society will hold a one-day conference on Saturday, May 1, 2004 in the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Library Browsing Area. Dr. Kathyrn Quina Ph.D., University of Rhode Island, Department of Psychology and Women’s Studies will discuss Careers in Psychology. 

Conference registration will begin in the Campus Center at 8:00 am on May 1, with the conference beginning in the library at 9:30 a.m. The conference is free and open to the public. Parking is available in lot 13. High school and college students with an interest in a career in psychology are encouraged to attend this informative conference. 

Graduate program representatives for Boston College, Boston University, Assumption College and others will be on hand to answer questions about perspective programs of study in psychology. Twenty-five posters created by students from UMass Dartmouth, URI, Providence College, Stonehill College, Bridgewater State College and Rhode Island College will be presented.
