The New Bedford Cabinet of Natural History Exhibition and Opening reception on September 25
The University Art Gallery will be presenting the project exhibition, The New Bedford Cabinet of Natural History, from September 25 through January 13, 2005. Gallery Director Lasse B. Antonsen will give a slide presentation, Cabinets of Natural History and Contemporary Art, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 25. The presentation will be followed by the opening reception, from 3-5 p.m. The University Art Gallery is located at 715 Purchase Street, in the renovated Star Store building in downtown New Bedford. The gallery is open daily from 9 a.m. 6 p.m. All events and exhibitions are free and open to the public.
