RN-BS-MS
Option
In order to be eligible the student must meet the following
requirements:
1. Transfer 38 nursing credits from prior RN program.
2. Complete NUR 214 and 300 level RN-BS nursing courses.
3. Criteria for acceptance:
3.2 GPA in 300
level RN-BS nursing courses
Statistics course
- 3 credits
Satisfactory performance
in writing proficiency
1 UMD faculty reference
1 employer reference
The
candidate will be eligible to progress in the nursing graduate program
if a GPA of 3.0 is achieved in the 3 graduate level courses. The student
will file a modified graduate nursing application and meet with the Graduate
Program Director to select a graduate program option.

Tuition
and Fees:
Students will pay part-time tuition and fee rates as published by the University.
Rates for PCE courses differ slightly from regular University rates. Students
selecting the MS option will pay undergraduate rates until they are awarded
the
BS. Students will pay graduate tuition and fees in the MS program.
