"Difficult Times, Difficult Conversations: An Ombuds Perspective"
Toni P. Robinson, Ombudsperson, MIT
Toni P. Robinson, M.S., J.D., has served as an ombudsperson, certified mediator, and instructor within the MIT community since July 1998. She has over twenty-five years of experience in management, ombudsmanry, conflict resolution systems design, training, mediating, coaching, and consulting.
Ms. Robinson holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the Seattle University School of Law and a Masters of Science/Applied Behavioral Science Degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
