Mission

Corporate Programs, Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning is a unit within Professional & Continuing Education. The mission of this unit is to serve as a gateway to the vast intellectual and technical resources at the university. Staff develops and supports program initiatives needed within the region. We develop partnerships, help sustain businesses, address community workforce training needs, and often times, become the first point of contact for the business community in accessing the educational resources of the university.

Overview

The staff helps identify, develop and support local businesses in the employee training needs. In addition, the staff responds to individual professional training needs, as well as, skill gaps identified in the business community. Corporate Programs, Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning staff have access to university resources to develop contractual/customized education, offer graduate and undergraduate courses and programs, and provide non-credit courses, training, and certification needs.
