New Students

New Student Application for Degree (opens as a .pdf file),

Fill out and return this form to the University Enrollment Center, Foster Administration Building, 285 Old Westport Rd. Dartmouth, MA 02747. Be sure to attach the appropriate application fee, and indicate if your last name is different from the name on your transcripts and if you are requesting degree candidacy for financial aid purposes.

Required Residency Declaration (opens as a .pdf file)

We must identify the state residency of our applicants. Please complete, sign and return this form along with your New Student Application for Degree.

Prior UMass Dartmouth Students

Re-Admission for Prior UMass Dartmouth Students (opens as a .pdf file)

If you were a prior student of UMD; and you have been away for more than one semester, you will need to re-admit back to the University. Please process your re-admission application with the appropriate application fee through the University Registrar's Office. If you have any questions, please call 508-999-8615. Please write on your re-admission application form that you will be attending PCE. Thank you.
