Success by Degrees – qualified with an Associate's degree from a Massachusetts community college and a GPA of 3.0. - PCE Blue & Gold Scholarship *
A scholarship fund for Professional & Continuing Education matriculated students has been established to assist students during these tough economic times. To be eligible for a PCE Blue & Gold Scholarship, students must be a candidate in an undergraduate degree program offered through Professional & Continuing Education.
If students have been attending classes but have not formerly matriculated into a degree program, it's not too late. Access the PCE New Student Application (http://www.umassd.edu/pce/academic_information/admissionprocess.cfm), complete and submit it to Professional & Continuing Education.

During these challenging economic times, we will be taking a broad view of financial need. Unfortunately, these scholarships are not available for grant-funded or specially priced programs.

To assist UMass Dartmouth students through these tough economic times, PCE offers a Summer Stimulus Scholarship Program. We worked with the Financial Aid Office and determined the award amounts based on expected family contribution. To determine your eligibility, please contact the Student Enrollment Center at 508.999.8866 or 8857. - UMD Teacher Transition Scholarship *
Responding to local and regional budget cutbacks, UMass Dartmouth's Professional & Continuing Education has partnered with the School of Education, Public Policy and Civic Engagement in announcing a scholarship opportunity for recently laid-off K-12 teachers. This scholarship responds to the rising unemployment rate and layoffs in the K-12 teaching profession, providing laid-off teachers access to professional and educational opportunities during their transition.
Teachers are required to bring a copy of the letter notifying them of their change in teaching status at the time of registration each semester. The UMD Teacher Transition Scholarship can be applied to most PCE courses. Please see exclusions below. - South End (New Bedford) Business Association Scholarship
Qualified applicant must be in good academic standing and must reside or work in the South End of the city of New Bedford; or work for a business who is a member of the South End Business Association. - Scholarships based on merit and/or need through the office of Financial

* PCE Scholarships cannot be applied to grant-funded, specially priced programs, independent study, directed study, contract learning, and non-credit courses. In addition, PCE Scholarships cannot be combined with any waivers.
