Faculty or students can submit the following form to confirm their meal arrangements. For this purpose, you will need to submit the names of all participants. After the application is submitted, you will be notified by email if it is approved.
Please be reminded that you should take into consideration the needs of your group members by answering questions such as: Is any member of your group a vegetarian? What are their availabilities?
