Cedar Dell South

Cedar Dell, UMass Dartmouth's apartment complex, is divided into 2 sides, West and South, with 68 apartments on each side. All apartments contain 6 single bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 4 upstairs, a kitchen, a common area, and 2 bathrooms (one full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs). Furnishings in each apartment include a stove, a refrigerator, a couch, 2 lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a dining room table with 4 chairs. Each bedroom contains one twin bed, a desk, and a chair.

Twelve apartments in Cedar Dell have been modified to accommodate students with physical challenges. Those apartments have a slightly different setup with 1 bedroom and a full bath on the first floor. The kitchen has also been altered for more accessibility.

Each area also has a community center where residents can find washers and dryers, vending machines, recreational facilities, and the Resident Director who is responsible for the area.
