MUSIC 4 SUNDAY
WUMD presents jazz, every Sunday from 9AM to 3PM ranging from swing, bebop and latin to contemporary sounds and many new releases. Various hosts present the music along with some perspective on the artists and the music's colorful history. This program has been a popular part of WUMD's program offerings for a number of years. Jazz on Sunday has become a tradition on the radio in the South Coastal area and beyond. The show is divided into two segments: the AM Edition from 9AM to 12PM, and the Brunch Edition from 12PM to 3PM. A tasteful blend of new and older releases from the station's extensive jazz library keeps things swinging for listeners every Sunday.

Blitzkrieg plays the best in new, indie, rare, lost, forgotten and classic metal. Artists like Lizzy Borden, Wasp, Quiet Riot, LSD, Mercyful Fate/King Diamond, Cannibal Corpse, etc. all are here on WUMD North Dartmouth! Tune in and bang your head!
Root 'n' Branch
An eclectic blend of folk, roots music, blues, Americana, old-timey, bluegrass, zydeco, Celtic and related sounds spanning both traditional and contemporary categories; Root 'n' Branch is heard every Saturday evening from 5 to 9PM. Program hosts include folk director Jessica Ellis-Wilson, Peter Arsenault, and newcomer Mark Fonger. This program has a long tradition of bringing folk and roots music to WUMD listeners. The show also features occasional interviews with national and local musicians plus live in-studio performances. Root 'n' Branch is a diverse and popular musical presentation where listener feedback is welcome.
