Dir: Located in Adamsville Center on Adamsville Rd. Descrpt: This historic mill dating back to 1717 produces the only native flint-corn Jonnycake meal according to colonial methods. After closing for repairs, the mill will reopen this summer for demonstrations, Jonnycake meal sales and tours. A gift shop, demonstration gardens and commercial cornmeal production are planned for the future.
