Description: Escobar's Highland Farm has been a dairy farm since 1937. It has since diversified to include a corn maze, pick-your-own pumpkin patch, hayrides and Christmas trees. The cows are milked in a state of the art facility built with community support after the fire of 1998.

Description: Manic Organic has been providing specialty organic produce to Newport County through CSA, farmers' markets, restaurants and roadside stand since 1999. In addition to vegetables, Manic Organic is expanding into cut flowers and may offer a flower share in addition to the present CSA option.

Farmers Market: Aquidneck Growers Market (Sat 9 am - 1 pm)
Farmstand: Open June - October daily 10 am - 6 pm.
Community Supported Agriculture: Wednesday afternoon drop-off in Newport or pick-up at farm in Portsmouth from June - Oct. Shares are boxed for convenience.
Restaurant: Specialty lettuce, braising greens, herbs and heirloom tomatoes sold to restaurants in Providence and Newport.
School & Youth Tours: "Farm Fresh" is a yearly collaboration between local chefs, growers and schools to educate children about food. It involves a trip to the farm and kitchen.
Seasonal Events & Festivals: Mother's Day organic plant sale in May and CSA potluck in October.
