Description: The Blue Room's motto is "buy local wherever and whenever possible." Chef Johnson is one of the original founders of the Boston Chapter of Chef's Collaborative and is also the publisher of the "Fresh Sheet," a bi-weekly update of locally-grown produce available for purchase by restaurant chefs.
Primary Product: The Blue Room menu features mainly seasonal, local foods purchased from the region's vegetable and fruit farmers, meat farmers, shellfish farmers and fishermen.
