Dr. William Nelles wears three hats at UMass Dartmouth: in addition to serving as Director of Spotlight, he is a Professor of English and the Director of the University Honors Program.

During his 29 years with the program, Trace Holmes, Spotlight's Program Coordinator, has served as a group leader, large group presenter, mini-course instructor, and group leader coordinator. He has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses at Brown University, as well as AP European History at Dighton-Rehoboth High School.
