Len Desautels returns for his tenth season as Baptiste's top assistant coach. Desautels had an extensive background coaching basketball in Connecticut before moving to Bourne High School on Cape Cod. He was the varsity boy's basketball coach at Bourne for nine seasons before coming to UMass Dartmouth. A 1967 graduate of Central Connecticut State University, with Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies and Desautels received his Master's Degree in 1971. A native of Turners Falls, MA, he resides in Plymouth with his wife Jan. He has two sons, Eric and Mark. He is an avid record collector.
