Fitness Center Winter Workouts 2009

On this web site you will find the workouts that can be done during the winter break period. There are a total of sixteen workouts.   How many workouts you are planning to do per week will determine your start date. If you are planning on doing three workouts per week, then your start date should be at least five to six weeks before you return to school. If you will be on a four per week schedule, you can plan accordingly. Each individual will have to determine what will work best for them. If you have any questions concerning anything on the workouts don’t hesitate to call. We will be here during the break.

Remember to begin all workouts with a proper warm-up, and finish with a cool-down and stretch. On every workout strive for a maximum effort. Make every rep count. Work with the same intensity required to competed at a high level in your sport to get the most out of these workouts. (see workouts notes)

We hope you have a safe, happy and productive holiday break. See you all in January. Come back stronger and better than when you left!
