The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Corsairs won its second consecutive contest stopping a tough MIT squad by the score of 24-16. UMass Dartmouth raised it season record to 3-1 while MIT's mark falls to 1-4. UMass Dartmouth Senior Shane Harris rushed for 116 yards and scored one touchdown while team mate Sophomore Shawn Theriault gained 106 yards on the ground and also scored to lead a strong Corsair running attack. MIT's freshman Temi Sonuyi rushed for 83 yards and scored one touchdown to keep MIT in the contest. The Corsairs will next travel to Dudley Massachusetts to face Nichols College in a 1:00 contest on Saturday October 6 th.
