Game notes: Jeff McKee had three goals and three assists, while Jim Ruggeri and Ben Bradley each added four goals and an assist as UMass Dartmouth scored a 20-4 Little East Conference victory over the University of Southern Maine in a game played in Dartmouth on Saturday. The victory improves UMass Dartmouth's overall record to 2-3 and 2-1 within the LEC. The Huskies fall to 1-11 overall and 0-1 in the LEC.

Holding a narrow, 3-0, lead after the first quarter, UMass Dartmouth scored seven goals in the second quarter, included six unanswered goals in a stretch of less than five minutes, to take a 10-2 lead at intermission enroute to the 20-4 victory. Corsair goalie Mike Jenkins came up with 12 saves in goal for UMass Dartmouth, facing 16 Husky shots on goal. Huskies' goalie Frank Leclair made 16 saves, facing 32 UMass Dartmouth shots on goal. Tobey Farrington had three goals to lead the Huskies' scoring for the day.

UMass Dartmouth will travel to Worcester on Monday for a 4:00 p.m. non-conference game at Clark University. The game was rained out earlier this season and will be made up Monday.
