“Both of our teams swam well,” said UMass Dartmouth Head Coach Cathy Motta. “Our women did well, considering that we’re tired. WPI has an excellent men’s team, and they have a little more depth than we do this year. Both teams did well, and some of our swimmers had their best times of the season at this meet.”
The UMD women improved to 8-2, while the men fell to 5-4. WPI’s men improved to 6-1, while the women dropped to 4-3.
The Corsairs will return to action when they visit Providence College with Sacred Heart Saturday.
