Intramurals are for everyone
Intramurals –On-line informationRoom 116 Tripp Athletic Center
We offer 25 varsity sports which are open to all students who meet NCAA Requirements. Incoming students who want to talk with a coach can meet with coaches right now in the Residents Dining Hall.
Funds from the Athletic Fee pay for among other things: equipment, travel, part time coaches, uniforms facilities and other costs associated with operating the Athletic Department.
Virtually every activity associated with the Athletic Department is free of charge to students who pay the Athletic Fee.
Two events are not covered: 1. Ice hockey games because we rent the facility and charge to cover the cost of the rental and 2. Tournament games held on campus because league regulations require entrance fees to cover costs associated with tournament operation.
Everything else is free.
