UMass Dartmouth falls to Little East Conference leader Plymouth State 20-9
(Plymouth, NH) -- Despite scoring the first goal 15 seconds into the game, UMass Dartmouth ultimately fell to undefeated Little East Conference Leader Plymouth State 20-9 on Saturday. The Corsairs did not go quietly though, particularly Junior tri-captain Kristine Johnson (Walpole, MA) who scored 4 goals on the day. Sophomore Katelyn Sullivan (New Bedford, MA) scored 2 goals, and Freshman Katelyn Elliott (Lowell, MA) and Senior tri-captain Megan Corfield (Framingham, MA) each added a goal of their own.
The Corsairs finish the regular season with a conference record of 4-2 and an overall record of 9-5. They move on to the Little East Conference playoffs at a date and location to be determined.
