UMass Dartmouth defeats Little East Rival Western Connecticut 14-9
(Dartmouth, MA) -- Sophomore Katelyn Sullivan (New Bedford, MA) and Freshman Katelyn Elliott (Lowell, MA) each netted 5 goals, helping to propel the Corsairs over the Colonials of Western Connecticut. The Corsairs' offensive machine kept on rolling as they upped their Little East Conference record to 4-1, and overall record to 9-3.
The ninth win marks the most in the short history of the UMass program.
UMass Dartmouth travels to Bridgewater, MA this Friday to take on the Bears of Bridgewater State at 4:00 pm.
