Bryn Tatten’s goal at the 77-minute mark of the second half lifted UMass Dartmouth to a 1-0 non-conference victory over Worcester State College Tuesday afternoon at Cressy Field. The victory extended UMass Dartmouth’s unbeaten streak to six straight games, including three wins and three ties. The Corsairs are 5-8-4 heading into their final game of the regular season this Saturday.
Tatten’s goal came off of a crossing pass from Stephanie Leahy after officials called a foul against Worcester State outside of the box at the Corsairs’ end of the field. Corsair goalie Norah McNally made seven saves for the shutout victory.
