XII. Removal of Conduct Board Members
Removal of Conduct Board Members Removal of a member from the Conduct Board must be instituted through the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs or his or her designee. Grounds for removal shall include: 1. gross negligence or dishonesty in the carrying out of the student conduct hearing officer’s trust; 2. severe infraction of University rules of conduct resulting in the application of a sanction of Deferred Suspension or above by a student conduct entity; or 3. actions by board members during a student conduct proceeding that serve to disrupt, make a mockery of, or otherwise cast disparagement on the role of the board and its members.
