Allergy

Students can receive maintenance allergy injections in the Health Services office for free. You will need your allergist to provide the serum and explicit instructions. We do reserve the right to refuse to administer injections that do not meet the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology guidelines. Injections are given by appointment only when the physician is present.

The following agreement must be signed each year by the student.
