Grades, Grade Point Averages

The grading system is explained in detail in the catalogue. Students have access to a formal process for grade appeals. The complete text of the policy is given elsewhere in this handbook.

Informing You of Your Grades

Students may access COIN at any time to learn their enrollment status, grades, warning or probation status, and other information.

The Registrar’s Office posts students’ grades on COIN at the conclusion of each term.  Copies of the full student transcript are no longer mailed to the student.  An announcement is posted to each student’s UMass Dartmouth e-mail address.
