Statement about student phone numbers, addresses and e-mail accounts

 

Email

All students must activate their University email account.  Official University communication will sent to this email address only.

 

Mailing Address

All students will be asked to report their permanant address through COIN and will be asked to update that during each registration period.  On campus residents' addresses will be updated in COIN by the Office of Housing and Residential Life.  Students who live off campus will be asked to report this address during each registration period as well.

 

Telephone Numbers

Resident students

You have been assigned an on-campus telephone number that is based on the room assignment that you have been issued. If faculty, staff or students are trying to reach you for any reason: for a judicial hearing, to fill out financial aid paperwork, to give you information about a class project, or because you won a prize, this is the phone number we will call. If you choose to use a cell phone or your roommate's phone number, you are still expected to use your assigned phone number and to check your voice mail regularly.

Commuter students/Off-Campus Students

Please report your preferred telephone number through COIN.  You will be asked to update this during each registration period.
