Energy Conservation Campaigns
The Facilities and Physical Plant office has initiated an aggressive campaign to reduce energy consumption on campus. The campus has set a goal of saving approximately $650,000 in energy costs and will achieve this through conservation measures. These efforts will include such things as shutting down machinery when not in use, turning the down heat, shutting off lights, and generally managing energy consumption based on building occupation.
