The image above displays the Site Structure page.
1. Shows what action you are performing--in the above example, it's showing the Site Structure page.
2. The main menu items are grouped along the top right border of the central window. Within each menu are options and commands.
The Content menu is used for adding and modifying content to pages that already exist as well as for accessing the Media Library.
3. Log out, user name, and role. This shows who you are logged in as and your status (contributor or moderator).
4. Site sections containing content items for your site. The site structure is similar to the folder structure on your computer.
- Sections preceded by a + sign can be expanded to show all their sub-sections.
- Sections followed by a link symbol are “link sections” that cannot be formatted for content.
5. By mousing over the arrow at each section, moderators and contributors will be able to access a floating menu:
| Moderator floating menu | Contributor floating menu |

6. The "traffic lights” indicate the number of items of content within the section, in three categories:
- Green = Content approved for publication
- Orange = Content waiting to be approved for publication
- Red = Deleted content currently in the Recycle Bin, waiting to be purged from the system
T4 also offers right-column widgets: search, last modified content, and, for moderators, an approval list.
