Professor Plaw specializes in political theory and international relations, with a particular focus on strategic studies. He is the author of Targeting Terrorists: A License to Kill? (Routledge, 2008), and the editor of The Metamorphosis of War (Brill, 2012) and Frontiers of Diversity: Explorations in Contemporary Pluralism (Brill, 2005).  He is also co-author of the textbook The Drone Debate: A Primer on the U.S. Use of Unmanned Aircraft Outside Conventional Battlefields (Rowman & Littlefield, 2015).  Click here for Prof. Plaw's CV.
