Kindly remember that you are required to provide the following:
- Please be sure the form is filled out completely and submit online at least SIX (6) weeks prior to the event.
- All background info for the Chancellor’s remarks is due (THREE) 3 weeks prior to the event.
- Detailed speaking points are due (THREE) 3 weeks prior to the event.
- Biographical information (if applicable) is due 1 week prior to the event.
- Program and order of program is due 1 week prior to the event.
- List of attendees is due (TWO) 2 days prior.
- Table seating (if applicable) is due (TWO) 2 days prior to event.
*NOTE* If updates to the original submission occur, a final version of all documents should be received electronically no later than the close of business day prior to the event.
If the date requested cannot be met, please suggest alternative dates.
