Paul Bacdayan

Dr. Bacdayan's research interests include the leadership of total quality management initiatives, leadership succession in volunteer organizations, effective teaching, and the development of knowledge structures associated with expertise. Articles have appeared in California Management Review, Organization Science, Journal of the Academy of Business Education, and The Journal of Business Education.

Teaching interests include managerial communications at the MBA level, management of diversity, leadership and supervision, and organizational behavior. Dr. Bacdayan has twice won the CCB's teaching award (The Thomas J. Higginson Award for Excellence in Teaching).
