Jonathan Kush is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Charlton College of Business. He received his PhD from the Organizational Behavior and Theory group at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. His research focuses on group collaboration and ways in which groups can be made to collaborate more effectively. Using a combination of theory building and experiments, Professor Kush has investigated how both changes in group membership and the structure of group communication affect group member’s ability to find experts and work effectively.
