Dr. Mora has published research in academic journals (Journal of Advertising Research, International Journal of Advertising, Journal of Broadcasting & Electronic Media, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Marketing, and Annals of Tourism Research) as well as book chapters and international research conferences. He was awarded the Wharton Grant on Innovation in Advertising Effectiveness Research (UPenn), the BBM Canada-Nielsen Media Research Scholarship, and the G.M. Ayacucho Award for Academic Excellence (Goverment of Venezuela)


Dr. Mora has held managerial positions in television (RCTV, Televen - Caracas), media planning (OMD) and electronic audience measurement (Ibope-AGB Mexico). Earlier in his career, he worked as a product development specialist for P&G Latin America.
