Forms New Company Fall River, MA The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth announced today that a newly formed company, OceanServer Technology, Inc., opened a research & development office at its Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Center (ATMC) located in Fall River. OceanServer Technology develops and manufactures embedded instruments, sensors, and other computer-based subsystems for use in the marine environment. The company?s first product is a navigation device that will be field tested later this year.
