LAW 720: Sports Entertainment & Art Law - fall
Prerequisite: LAW 540, 541, 515, 516, 530, 531, 545, & 546
An exploration of legal issues facing the sports, entertainment and art worlds. This course challenges students to engage in analytic reading, critical thinking and problem solving related to such topics that may include contracts, intellectual property rights, employment law, labor law, and other areas of interest.
