PHL 331: Ethics and Public Policy

An examination the role that ethical principles play in developing and implementing public policy, public reception of policy, and evaluating the success of policy. Topics covered include various conceptions of the common good, justice, fairness, equality, public interest, individual liberty, rights, and domestic and international policy.
