Shannen Pavao graduated from The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. She went on to obtain her MBA from The Charlton College of Business at UMass Dartmouth with a Marketing concentration. Shannen has worked on numerous research projects from various industries ranging from banking to fraternal organizations. She is a published author and has conducted studies on Millennial buying habits and The Fortune 500. Her areas of expertise include: SPSS analysis, database management, Qualtrics, survey development, and social media.
