DESCRIPTION:This is the last workshop in a series of four workshops co-host
ed by the Career Center and the College of Engineering to help graduate st
udents as they start their career journeys. This session is focused on app
lying for jobs and internships. Critically assess internship opportunities
by identifying your goals (e.g., paid vs. unpaid, part-time vs. full-time
, in-person vs. remote) and matching them to industry expectations and tim
elines.  This interactive workshop guides students through the internship
application journey from preparations to offers. The session breaks down
the application process, highlighting the importance of tailoring resumes
and cover letters, meeting eligibility criteria, organizing application do
cuments, and tracking deadlines. We also examine how to respond to offers
and rejections, and how to use rejections as growth opportunities.  Caree
r Center tools and strategies are woven throughout to ensure students can
navigate applications with clarity and confidence.\nEvent page: https://ww
