DESCRIPTION:ABSTRACT: This session will introduce the wide range of library
  resources and research support services available to graduate students in
  mechanical engineering. Attendees will gain insight into navigating speci
 alized research databases, accessing journals and engineering standards, u
 tilizing interlibrary loan services, and applying citation management solu
 tions for scholarly writing. The seminar will also highlight the role of s
 ubject librarians in supporting advanced research projects and fostering e
 ffective information management practices.  BIO Kari Mofford is the Healt
 h Science and Engineering Librarian at the Claire T. Carney Library, Unive
 rsity of Massachusetts Dartmouth. For more than 19 years, she has guided s
 tudents and faculty in engineering and health sciences through the effecti
 ve use of research databases, scholarly communication tools, and specializ
 ed information resources. She has a strong record of supporting graduate-l
 evel research and helping students integrate information literacy skills i
