You’ve served your country and are ready for the next challenge. Our online Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree is a valuable resume-builder as you seek employment in state, federal, and municipal governments, nonprofit organizations, and business, trade, and labor associations.
Build on your military experience and advance your career in public arena. UMass Dartmouth's MPP program offers you the opportunity to work with and learn from scholars who actively engage with federal, state, and local government policymakers and non-governmental organizations.
Graduate Public Policy Certificates
Maybe you’re not ready to enter a Master’s program. The Department of Public Policy also offers three graduate certificates. You are not required to take the GRE to enroll, and you can earn a certificate with just four courses.
Successful completion of any of these certificates waives the GRE requirement for admission to the MPP degree program. In addition, each certificate class with a grade of 3.0 (B average) or higher will be accepted into the MPP program.
UMass Dartmouth has demonstrated a commitment to supporting student veterans on campus and in their careers. See our Veterans page to learn more about the benefits available to you.
