Cedar Dell

As of the afternoon of Thursday, July 27th, the originally available beds at the Cedar Dell West community for the Fall 2023 semester were filled. However, we do have plans to bring several more beds to this community that will be available for students beginning in Early September. If you would like to be added to the list for that section once location is confirmed, please contact the housing office. 

Cedar Dell South and West are townhouse residences for graduate students. Each townhouse offers:

• five or six single fully-furnished bedrooms: bed, desk, desk chair, dresser, and closet
• shared kitchen with appliances: oven, cook top, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and ample cabinet space
• living room with couch and coffee tables
• dining area
• one half-bath down stairs and one full bathroom upstairs

Cedar Dell also features a centrally-located student community center with:

• community lounge
• laundry facilities
